The 6x6 foot in-ground hot tub spa at The Greens is designed for the ultimate relaxation experience. Built with a peddle tec finish and abalone shells for a shimmering effect, the spa seamlessly overflows into the pool, creating a peaceful waterfall ambiance. The powerful jets offer a soothing hydrotherapy massage, perfect for unwinding after a long day of golf, exploring, or simply soaking under the stars. The spa is saltwater-based, making it gentler on your skin and eyes compared to traditional chlorine systems. Whether you're looking to enjoy a warm morning soak with a cup of coffee or an evening dip under the color-changing LED lights, this spa is the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The firepit and BBQ area at The Greens is designed for the perfect outdoor gathering experience. As the sun sets over the golf course, relax by the modern gas-powered firepit, a long, rectangular concrete design with elegant green glass beads that reflect the flickering flames. Surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, it’s the ideal spot for unwinding, sharing stories, or enjoying a drink while taking in the views of the beautifully lit pool and spa. Right next to the spa, the high-end propane BBQ grill makes it easy to cook up a feast, whether it's steaks, burgers, or fresh veggies. With BBQ utensils conveniently stored in the kitchen and a spacious outdoor dining area illuminated by string lights, you can enjoy an al fresco meal in a warm and inviting setting. After grilling, simply turn off the propane and clean the grill with the provided brush. Whether you're cozied up by the fire after a swim or savoring a home-cooked meal under the stars, the firepit and BBQ area is the heart of the backyard—where unforgettable memories are made.

The firepit is gas-powered and easy to use. Simply turn the gas key (located on the side of the firepit) to release gas, then use a lighter to ignite the flames above the green glass beads. Once lit, you can adjust the flame height by turning the key further.

Remove the BBQ cover, turn on the propane tank, and turn the BBQ knob slightly to release gas. Then, use a lighter to ignite it. Once lit, you can turn the knob higher for a bigger flame.

Firepit & BBQ

Locate the gas key valve on the side of the firepit.
Turn the key slightly to release gas.
Use a long lighter (found in the kitchen or near the firepit) to ignite the flame.
Once lit, turn the key further to increase the flame height or lower it as needed.

Turn the gas key all the way to the right to shut off the gas completely. Always double-check that the fire is fully out before leaving the area or going inside.

Remove the grill cover before use.
Turn the propane tank valve to the ON position.
Slightly turn the BBQ knob and use a lighter to ignite the burner.
Once lit, adjust the flame height using the control knobs.

Turn all BBQ control knobs to the OFF position.
Turn the propane tank valve OFF.
Clean the grill grates with the provided brush (found inside the kitchen).
Put the grill cover back on once the BBQ has cooled down.

We try to keep it full for all guests, but if you run out, you can refill or swap it at a local store like Walmart, Home Depot, or a gas station.
